IQVIA Impact & Visionary Awards at the 2025 Digital Innovation Summit

Healthcare marketers continue to innovate towards more humanized digital experiences, driving our industry forward in the pursuit of better health outcomes for all. This year, we were delighted to celebrate some of the outstanding changemakers in this space at the 2025 Digital Innovation Summit. IQVIA Digital’s Impact and Visionary Awards programs recognize innovators whose passion for solving marketing challenges is not only inspiring, but a testament to the power of creativity in healthcare. 

We were proud to honor seven outstanding leaders at this event.  

IQVIA Digital Impact Awards 

Winner: Madison Pigott, CX Architecture and Automation Lead for HCP at Novo Nordisk 
Madison Pigott has been an invaluable partner to the IQVIA Digital team in her role at Novo Nordisk. She consistently pushes past boundaries, bringing cutting-edge innovation to NNI’s technology and data strategy. Her colleagues recognize her exceptional vision in setting broader goals and objectives and she is well-known for uniting the right stakeholders to drive HCP digital engagement initiatives. Her relentless pursuit of innovation continues to elevate NNI’s technology and data strategy, ensuring her company remains at the forefront of the industry. Madison's commitment to rapid execution has also been pivotal in positioning NNI’s brands to deliver more personalized omnichannel customer experiences.   

Winner: Stephanie Gross, US HCP, Patient and Omnichannel Lead at Immunocore 
Stephanie Gross has been an exceptional partner to the IQVIA Digital team in her role at Immunocore. Her curiosity and genuine drive for continuous improvement distinguish her as an innovator and true partner. She is well-known for being collaborative and willing to pilot new solutions to provide HCPs with a true personalized omnichannel customer experience.  Stephanie was one of the early adopters of IQVIA Digital’s AIM XR Programmatic Triggers, integrating banners to the omnichannel orchestration.  While her brilliance shines brightly, her partnership and kindness truly set Stephanie apart.  

 

IQVIA Digital Visionary Awards 

Winner: Wade Hubbard, Head of Patient Experience and Reimbursement at Indivior  
Wade Hubbard serves as the Head of Patient Experience and Reimbursement programs at Indivior, a company that believes patients who suffer from opioid use disorder deserve respect, care, and innovative treatment options. While Patient Support Services help all people in getting the treatment they need, this is particularly important for people with a substance use disorder where speed to therapy can save lives. We recognize Wade as a Visionary Award winner for his personal dedication to driving improvement in patient support for over 25 years and his partnering with IQVIA’s Patient Support Services team in using the latest Provider Relationship Manager (PRM) platform technology. This platform deploys AI and sentiment analysis to optimize case manager time so that they can focus on helping patients access treatment, supporting them on the path to recovery. 

Winner: Brooke Fleming, Senior Director, Head of Orchestrated Customer Engagement, Sage Tx  
In her role at Sage Tx, Brooke Fleming consistently demonstrates the innovative thinking and enthusiasm needed to develop fresh ideas and strategies, with a keen eye towards aligning the evolving needs of the business and their customers. Brooke is an exceptional leader who blends strategic vision, deep expertise, and a collaborative mindset to drive significant impact within her team and the organization. She inspires teams at Sage Tx as well as key partners like IQVIA Digital to adopt a customer- and patient-first approach, foster cross-functional collaboration, and stay ahead of industry trends with agility and foresight.  

Winner: Chitra Narasimhachari, Vice President, Global Decision Sciences and Insight at Gilead 
In her role at Gilead, Chitra Narasimhachari has distinguished herself through her innovative thinking. She has overseen efforts that have significantly contributed to advancing how brands at Gilead create exceptional experiences for their audiences. By successfully integrating behavioral insights and other data assets into their go-to-market digital strategies, she has rapidly improved the sophistication of data-driven decision-making. The IQVIA team recognizes the remarkable success Chitra and her team have achieved in orchestrating collaboration among diverse teams and numerous stakeholders across Gilead, including marketing, IT, analytics, operations, and strategy. This cohesive teamwork has been instrumental in delivering personalized content to healthcare professionals, showcasing Chitra's leadership and dedication to advancing digital marketing practices. 

Winner: Michael Rowbotham, Commercial Innovation Product Lead at Pfizer 
During his tenure at Pfizer, Michael Rowbotham has been a driving force in advancing the company's omnichannel strategy, consistently implementing new ideas to ensure a seamless customer experience for healthcare audiences. His efforts have focused on simplifying complex processes and fostering a unified marketing approach, significantly enhancing Pfizer's engagement with healthcare professionals and patients. Michael's leadership in digital transformation has positioned Pfizer as a trailblazer in innovative marketing practices within the pharmaceutical industry. As an example, his relentless pursuit of data-driven hyper-personalization for healthcare professionals sets new standards for excellence in omnichannel communication. We celebrate Michael’s exceptional expertise and unwavering dedication to advancing healthcare digital marketing.   

Winner: Justin Freid, Chief Media and Innovation Officer at CMI Media Group 
Justin Freid has made significant contributions to the healthcare marketing industry in his time at CMI Media Group/Compas. As the Chief Media and Innovation Officer, he has been instrumental in advancing the company's new-media capabilities. He has broken down silos within the pharma industry to enhance engagement with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Justin's sponsorship and advocacy have been pivotal in sustaining the critical partnership between CMI Media Group and IQVIA Digital. Further, his esteemed reputation as a change agent and thought leader in the industry made his selection as an IQVIA Visionary a very easy one.  

This award is a well-deserved recognition of his contributions, and it is noteworthy that this is our first agency recognition, as previous awards have exclusively honored pharma clients.
